Our SwitchOn service matches recruiting employers from across Worcestershire with unemployed individuals who we equip with the skills and training needed to fill vacancies.
Switch On is a new service designed to match recruiting employers from across the region with unemployed individuals who we equip with the skills and training needed to fill their vacancies.
We provide the support needed to find genuine employment for individuals looking for work, providing a range of solutions to help them meet those skills gaps which continue to be evident in the region.
This programme is part-funded by the European Social Fund (ESF) and the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) so there is no cost to accessing the support from our expert team.
Switch On is for individuals who are ready to be switched on for employment and for those employers ready to benefit from it!
Switch On is run by a team of individuals with years of experience matching employers and their vacancies with suitably skilled and willing people looking for a switch in their direction.
Our services provide retraining, upskilling, apprenticeship & traineeship placements for people looking for a new role in the region, ensuring they are the right fit for the jobs you have on offer.
If you’re an employer in the Worcestershire area and think you could take advantage of this bespoke service, get in touch.
