InterLearn are delivering fully-funded training courses through its ‘Switch On’ service in Worcestershire.

10 day accredited Personal Development for Employability training

From January, InterLearn will be delivering a fully-funded training course, offering a diploma in Personal Development for Employability. Additionally, upon successful completion of the training, we will support you in securing a role within the construction sector with established employer contacts, helping you brush up on your interview technique in preparation. Or we’ll provide you with the necessary advice and guidance for you to move on to an apprenticeship or into further education. Whatever your preference, you’ll get the appropriate direction. Are you ready to be switched on!?

What it will mean for you...

Switch On is run by a team of tutors and experienced individuals who have worked with people just like you who are looking for a switch in their direction, be that into employment, an apprenticeship or traineeship. Our friendly team will help you find vacancies within construction or further training dependent on what you want to do. The Level 1 Diploma in Personal Development for Employability will include the following units:
