He takes remarkable pride in running these functions both efficiently and effectively. Simplifying cost analysis and making effective use of technology, using the right combination of shared services and outsourcing.

Gareth is also responsible for making sure that buildings and their services meet the needs of the people that work within them. He is the lead in respect of contact for external service providers.
