Based at our head office in Worcestershire our Data Administrators provides integral support for the timely and accurate processing and auditing of all aspects of external funding contract documentation including enrolment data, participation (particularly online and digital), achievement and progression evidence in line with agreed KPIs and supporting funded revenue targets.


  • Ensuring that all funding contract due diligence documentation is gathered and maintained to ensure compliance with partner contractual obligations and wider audit requirements
  • Providing timely and accurate reports and data analysis from CRM and other quality tracking systems, supporting the production of a regular MIS dashboard (including reporting on starts, completions, timely/overall achievement data) to be sent on a weekly/monthly basis as required
  • To oversee and hold responsibility for learner number systems in respect of internal and external auditors ensuring compliance with audit requirements ensuring suitable audit trails and documentation exists
  • Ensure all systems are updated as per the internal processes and procedures on data capture
  • To fulfil any required task as directed by the Line Manager


  • Supporting internal and external staff to deliver agreed targets to monthly deadlines
  • Experience of Microsoft Office
  • The ability to use a multitude or have used wide variety of MIS systems
  • Working to tight deadlines, experience with prioritisation of task & time management


  • Knowledge and understanding on the adult education and learning sector preferable
  • Understanding of both ESFA and AEB funding methodologies preferable
  • Knowledge and understanding of the use of databases (Pellcomp PICs desirable)


  • Microsoft Word skills & proficient in Microsoft Office
  • GCSE’s or equivalent in English and Maths preferable


  • Clear understanding of internal and external client demands and the ability to prioritise
  • IT skills to produce
  • with weekly and monthly reports as required
  • Verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to organise, plan and manage time for both short term and long-term activity
  • The ability to schedule and plan in line with ever changing business needs
  • High level of professional attitude, applied with continuous discretion and confidentiality
  • Provide sound judgement, good interpersonal and persuasive skills, along the confidence to operate with autonomy
