What will I learn?

This course aims to develop your knowledge of the key principles of customer service, including communication techniques, different approaches for resolving problems, different organisational structures and the current sales and consumer-related legislation.

Upon completion of this course, you could progress on to other customer service courses, such as a Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Customer Service.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a free place you must be:

  • Aged 16 or over and a resident of Worcestershire or, for those candidates living outside of Worcestershire, be aged 19 or over and live within any other region of England
  • UK or EU resident of three years or longer or outside of the EU be able to provide Visa Evidence
  • Unemployed or economically inactive and need help finding employment or a return to education or vocational training
