
Overview:
This Apprenticeship develops the learner’s planning, organisation, leadership, management and communication skills to successfully work in a motivated and integrated team, with clearly defined reporting lines, roles, responsibilities and authorities.
Roles typically include:
Assistant Project Manager, Junior Project Manager, Project Team Leader.
Skills Developed:
Project governance, stakeholder and communications, budgeting and cost control, scope management, scheduling, risk, and issue management, contracts and procurement.
Apprentices must achieve an IPMA Level D qualification or APM Project Management Qualification, prior to their EPA.
